The LEED v5 Cities & Communities Consensus Committee is an integrated group of volunteers charged with developing and maintaining the LEED rating system that focuses on urban sustainability at the city and community scale. The group is charged with supporting the evolution of LEED, maintaining LEED as a leadership tool, preserving the integrity of the LEED rating system, and ensuring the use of the consensus process to evolve the LEED rating system in accordance with the mission, guiding principles, and strategic plan of USGBC.
