• Design & Development of Injection Stretch Blow Moulding Machines and its various sub assemblies.• Design & Detailing of PET Injection Moulds and Blow Moulds.• Checking the full design, detail drawings with GD&T applications and bill of materials and handover the detail drawings to vendors.• Steering strategic sourcing through identification of cost effective vendors/suppliers for tools/moulds manufacturing with an aim of reducing cost while improving quality & reliability.• Monitor and forecasts progress of activities in vendors work schedules. Highlight problem areas and recommend remedial actions.• Lead manufacturing trials relating to product testing, measurements, and related documentation from initial tooling trials through production qualification.• Co-Ordination with the engineers working in Cyprus (Head office in Europe) for the project oriented queries and modification in design due to manufacturing inabilities or machine testing failures.• Preparing various documentation related to exporting the consignments.• Arranging the sources of manufacturing, standard items required in the machine & developing new vendors.
