The primary focus of the role is to ensure high quality service provision to a diverse group of service users with mild-severe mental health problems, in need for secondary outpatient multidisciplinary mental healthcare in the eastern Flemish Brabant Region. This includes all aspects of leadership and coordination of Community Mental health teams (5) across the district, to ensure service needs are met. A particular responsibility within this role is to establish effective clinical service delivery and processes through the development, delivery and monitoring of safe, appropriate and evidence based standards. Furthermore, an important focus lies on the development and maintenance of key partnerships and networks crucial to the succes of the role within the organization and externally. Finally, the role encompasses important focus on service management, for instance; effective coordination of resources, ensuring KPI's and proper timeframes for response to referrals are met, recruitment, reception, in-house training and follow-up of new colleagues, ...This role needs close collaboration with the Managing Director, Senior Medical advisors and fellow Clinical Team Leaders, in order to enhance consistency across the district.
