Hands on experience of running 10 different project altogether, including Federal & Private roofing projects worth of $100K to $3 Million. (Federal Clients: PANYNJ, NJT, NYPD, NYCHA, DAFB, NJTP, Private: BOEs)Reviewed Scope of work from agreement & NTP, processed and took approval on the submittals per specification book & architectural plans.Worked on the Takeoffs ranging between 100SF to 400,000SF on various types of roofs such as Sloped roof with flat insulation, Flat Roof with tapered insulation, Pitched roof, Asphalt Shingles Roof, Cedar Shakes Roof.Estimated insulation quantities from the Tapered layout, actively involved in roofing material estimation, procurement and delivery to the specific job location.Attended weekly project meetings, discussed meeting agenda, CORs and work schedule for upcoming weeks.Generated project specific Health & Safety Plan, generated Crane Plan for the maximum load to be lifted. Processed COR from the addendums & non listed items and the additional work carried out in the field.

• Oversaw 6 different projects simultaneously, includes mid to high rise residential & commercial ground up construction worth ranging between $5M to $20M across New York City.• Obtained permits and TR3s, submitted RFI, Reviewed NCR, communicated with EOR for Shop drawing approval, ordered material per field requirement.• Estimated concrete & rebar quantity, Labor/Operator working hours for additional work not listed in contract documents and acceded COR per latest sketches.• Involved in weekly progress meeting, generated 2 weeks lookahead to forecast project and to avoid potential project delays also developed project schedule for the project from Cellar to Bulkhead.• Directly involved to communication with other sub-contractors (Plumbing, HVAC, Electrical) to work out on a schedule together and avoid any unnecessary project delay.• Developed a strategic plan for material purchasing while maintain strong vendor relationship & acted as a procurement representative for the company.
