- Lead and manage the day to day operation of the Edinburgh Hub, overseeing Advisers and volunteers to provide an advice service to clients on Homelessness, Money and Debt and Welfare Benefits. Advice provided via drop in and outreach activity covering Edinburgh, The Lothians and The Borders- Manage a programme within the Hub defining the local strategy aligned to the overall UK strategy, streamlining processes, systems, managing the internal and external stakeholders and funders, realigning staff, identifying and realising opportunities to better meet the needs of the client group

- Set up, lead and embed the Marketing Operations team with responsibility for the processes, risk framework, agency and stakeholder management, systems, MI, training and day to day planning, enabling and matrix managing the UK Marketing Communications department of 25.-Savings of £1.1m in 2013 and a further £1.8m in 2014, embedding a continuous improvement programme- Management of the Print and Logistics area with accountability for the team input into the insource/outsource review, resulting in the decision to retain and transform the operation in-house

- Lead process and Controls work with ownership for creating and rolling out the Group Marketing Framework to ensure consistency of output and mitigation of riskFull review, using sigma techniques of planning, prioritisation, briefing, creating and maintaining collateral processes. - Design and implement 360 degree Supplier Relationship Management framework for the key Marketing suppliers across the Group- Document and review processes across the Group for the Marketign areas

- Lead role in Procurement Transformation Programme with responsibility for defining and implementing the Supplier relationship Management framework to improve efficiency, remove waste and provide consistency of approach- Responsible for the Procurement strategy and negotiation of key deals for Marketing, with a budget of £25m and Standard Life Bank £12m

- Manage a team of 10 with responsibility for the administration of all staff benefits; Staff House Purchase, Relocation assistance, Long service Awards, Kingsmeadows Holiday accommodation- manage the 175th anniversary gift project with a budget of £2m
