As the AVP of Branch Operations at United Heritage Credit Union, I oversee the operational efficiency, performance, and growth of 10 branches across Texas. With over a decade of experience in the financial industry, I have developed and implemented strategic plans, policies, and procedures that align with the organization's vision and goals. I have also led and mentored a diverse and talented team of branch managers, staff, and trainers, fostering a culture of excellence, collaboration, and customer service.In addition to my current role, I was also an adjunct instructor at the Community College of Aurora, where I taught various courses related to business, banking, and communications. I enjoy sharing my knowledge and expertise with individuals and helping them develop the skills and competencies they need to succeed in their careers.
