I have a Master’s degree in Agricultural Economics and Business Management and hold a professional experience of around 12 years which includes both corporate and development sector. Presently, I am working with Digital Green as Sr. Manager, Grants Management since April 2017. Digital Green is a multinational organisation working in several parts of India, Ethiopia, Bangladesh, Nepal with Head Quarter in USA. Before joining Digital Green, was working with PATH as Project Administrator for 7 years from February 2010 till Mar 31, 2017. PATH is an international NGO with its Head Quarters at Seattle, USA, and having presence in 65+ countries. During the above-mentioned professional life, I have gained experience on and well versed with procurement, vendors/partners management, grants, contracts management, workshop/meetings/conference management, etc. and in addition I have prepared/developed and managed project budgets, subgrants (subgrantees based in India, Nepal and Bangladesh), for organizing meetings and workshops (National and International). In addition, gained skills in Operations, hiring personnel and providing support on logistics and coordination for the day to day implementation of the project and related activities. I am responsible, pragmatic & reasonably intelligent blessed with common sense and have the ability to learn quickly and strive to be a good human being, basically a peace-loving person, and value a sense of humour. I am active, energetic & enthusiastic towards my work and welcome hard work, thrive on challenges and adapt rapidly to new situations, innovative from a balanced and pragmatic perspective. I care about people, value decency, and have always tried to be considerate humane, compassionate and fair.I have successfully completed Project Management in Development Certification (PMD Pro 1) in January 2017.
