QPX processed billions of user queries per day.Accomplishments:* Reduced paging alerts for on-callers by 85%.* Optimized data structure memory saving ~$10K/year in RAM costs.

Worked on the NFC (Near Field Communication) platform team for Windows devices (desktops, tablets, and phones).Accomplishments:* Developed and shipped NFC tap-to-pay feature for first- and third-party apps on Windows phones and tablets.* Led the open-sourcing of the NFC class extension driver (https://github.com/Microsoft/NFC-Class-Extension-Driver), and helped third-party companies adapt their NFC drivers to the class extension model.* Worked on the entire NFC stack for Windows: API surface for apps, Windows services for managing NFC at runtime, and the driver code that controlled the hardware (NFC controller chip and radio antenna).
