I started by running my own exterior house painting company through College Works Painting, where I quickly emerged as one of the top performers, selling and producing over $100K worth of exterior house painting projects.🏗️ Subsequently, I was recruited by a Commercial Painting Subcontractor, it was here that I received hands-on training in construction documents, project management, negotiation, and client relations. Entrusted with managing projects profitably and maintaining client relationships, I honed my leadership skills and learned to navigate the complexities of the construction industry.🧠Now, I find myself embracing a new challenge as I transition to a role with a General Contractor. I am eager to expand my knowledge and understanding of the commercial construction world, donning my learning hat as I encounter new scopes and responsibilities. I am excited to contribute my experience and skills as an integral member of the teams managing projects at Howard S.
