In September 2015 Zift Solutions and the SharedVue business group were combined to create one of the leading cloud-based channel marketing automation solutions under the Zift brand. As part of this merger of forces I was immediately tasked with the combining of financial systems and processes of the two groups along with identifying business gaps in the financial and operational areas. Immediate needs were identified around Zift’s financial systems and the lack of automation and integrations. To resolve this issue I led the process to research, recommend and manage the build and conversion to a leading loud based financial software, Intacct. Along with this new financial system came the integrating other cloud based tools to bring more clarity and efficiency to the Zift financial and sales process. I have led subsequent mergers, acquisitions oversight on integrations for Zift including Relayware a leading PRM product and Elastic Grid a competitor in the channel marketing automation solutions space.I continue to look for automation improvements across the business along with establishing procedures and improvements to support the rapid growth plans of Zift. Other day to day responsibilities at Zift include oversight of all financial process, banking, treasury, general ledger, order process, payroll and revenue management. Audit responsibility along with financial reporting and analysis are also included in my areas of responsibility.

The Channel Company enables technology partnerships between enterprise vendors and the distribution channel. Part of this enablement includes the SharedVue platform and business group, which is an online software as a service program allowing for automated distribution and tracking of marketing of content across thousands of channel partner websites in multiple languages. SharedVue was born out of a channel marketing need for several of the IT industry’s technical leaders and has quickly formed from an emerging software start-up to one of the fasting growing divisions of The Channel Company. My initial focus was preparing this start-up software company for outside investment which resulted in the acquisition by UBM Channel, a division of UBM LLC. By managing this integration efforts we were able to merge and formalize all financial and operational reporting to match global corporate requirements to continue with significant year-over-year double digit revenue and profit contributions for UBM Channel. In 2013 the executive management team of UBM Channel, divested itself from UBM LLC and formed The Channel Company with a goal of focusing on its core business to best service the needs of its customers. Responsibility as part of this divestiture was the design and establishment of finance systems and policy and also operational tools and policy to meet this new business’ challenges for the future. During my time at SharedVue to current day, I have maintained direct oversight for all accounting and operational needs for this business group including general finance, legal, HR, vendor and customer contracts, billing and facilities management. In addition I also continue to support The Channel Company on the whole with operational finance and accounting topics including development/design and building chart of accounts and reporting/business structures, finance ERP system design and deployment, expense policy systems and general internal controls.

Wholesale bicycle components distributor Mavic Inc is the USA subsidiary of the international Mavic brand with it's manufacturing and HQ in France. Mavic global is reported as a brand of the; Responsible for the direction and supervision of all financial and operational functions for Mavic Inc, a USA subsidiary of Amer Sports Corporation. Key Achievements & Responsibilities:Responsible for all financial communication and reporting with French manufacturing headquarters (Salomon SA) and Finnish parent company (Amer Sports Corporation).Successfully relocated and established subsidiary in 1999, hiring staff and establishing all accounting systems and functions.Realized steady sales growth through the monitoring and support of the sales organization.Assist in the launching of soft goods cycling products in the US market, working with the USA and Global Sales team with focus on 'intelligent' growth and profitability.Effectively perform year end audits and reviews, working with independent audit firms to conclude in a timely manner and with a favourable letter.Preparation, tracking and review of annual budget and forecasts.Manage Finance functions including cash flow, banking, treasury, taxes.Oversight of operational functions; including but not limited to legal, logistic, payroll, human resources, inventory control, and IT functions.Design and implementation of the US e-commerce site.

The global Atomic brand is a; Responsible for the oversight of all accounting functions including budgeting, forecasting, intercompany accounting, AP & AR, and banking management .Key Achievements & Responsibilities:Reported monthly financial figures to Austrian headquarters and Finnish parent company.Worked with Sr. VP of Finance & Operations on strategic planning, budgeting and forecasting.Developed all internal reporting packages and sales reporting tools for intradepartmental support.Performed analysis on expenses, inventory levels, sales targets, and AR collections and balances.Oversight of year end audit, working directly with outside auditors to ensure timely and favorable outcomes.Directed the review and design of internal control procedures and policies in accordance with GAAP standards.

Working directly with VP Finance performed various accounting and analytical functions for this wholesale distributor. Functions included cash receipts, A/R &, inventory analysis, budgeting, bank reconciliation, internal controls/auditing.
