Hi there! I'm a seasoned pre and post sale customer success leader who started my career in open source enterprise IT. I am now a Senior Solutions Engineer at HashiCorp, helping customers leverage our products to operate in a multi-cloud environment. Three things I've done in my career that I'm particularly proud of: 1) Building: At HashiCorp, I am a founding member of a team called "COBRA" Customer Onboarding and Rapid Adoption, where we built a community based onboarding program for all our paying customers. I helped created our customer's onboarding journey with HashiCorp products, getting them into production quickly and extracting value out of HCP platform. This customer success "product" proved highly successful with our customer base, as we now have onboarded over 200+ accounts.2) Mentorship: in my career, I've had the chance (and honor) to mentor many young people that are new to Customer Success, Solutions Engineering or new to the tech industry. At HashiCorp, I've helped grow teams from 5 to 20 people, hiring for people that show the grit and optimism to succeed. I then become their onboarding buddy, help them get acclimated to working in a highly technical environment, and create spaces for individuals to succeed. At a previous stint WSO2, I was a first of three hires in Mountain View, where we opened the first US based office. I helped to grow WSO2's US presence from 3 to 20 employees, and later helped hire Sales people for a New York office as well. 3) Breaking into new roles: As you'll see on my resume, I was able to continue growing in my career because of my grit and relentless resourcefulness to succeed. I embrace technical challenges and thrive in technical settings.
