CurrentDirect involvement in incidents or problems (irrespective of priority) that cause service impact and act as escalation point for incidents not being resolved in a timely manner.Providing ITIL Service disciplines, covering Incident, Problem and Change Management.Providing Virtual Machine, Enterprise Networks & Unified Storage support and administration.Providing Cisco Switches, Aruba Wireless, Firewall and Routers support and administration.Working with ICT Heads to establish… Show more Direct involvement in incidents or problems (irrespective of priority) that cause service impact and act as escalation point for incidents not being resolved in a timely manner.Providing ITIL Service disciplines, covering Incident, Problem and Change Management.Providing Virtual Machine, Enterprise Networks & Unified Storage support and administration.Providing Cisco Switches, Aruba Wireless, Firewall and Routers support and administration.Working with ICT Heads to establish standards and best practices for managing internal infrastructure, including network, access rights, desktops, servers, internal applications.Implementing policies/standards to improve the quality and efficiency of ICt Infrastructure services based on ITIL methodology.Responsible for day-to-day system administration, including management of internal network, VPN, Microsoft Active Directory (AD) and system backups.Responsible for managing of the rollout and support of desktop devices, including laptops and printers, and productivity tools such as office 365 applications.Ensuring that systems, processes and methodologies are maintained, followed to ensure effective monitoring, control and support of service delivery.Ensuring delivery of individual and team projects allocated within aggressive delivery times.Monitoring and evaluating the efficiency and effectiveness of infrastructure service delivery methods and procedures.Monitoring business critical processes and systems.Installing, configuring and supporting new and existing servers and network infrastructure (Both Physical and Virtual). Planning and implementing upgrades needed to maintain service levels.Conducting testing and analysis of all components of network and server infrastructure components.Maintaining server uptime consistent with Business goals and metrics.Maintaining and constantly improving server and network performance, reliability and security in line with ISO 27001 and best practice.
