Lead Research & development for knit fabric

❖ Leading the BGD R&D team as well follow all BGD bulk order/sample & knitting operation & production.❖ Control 30 tons production floor with many complex fabric design & different yarns including recycle cotton, polyester slubs, neepy, core-spun.❖ Analyses the provided swatch give instruction to the technical team to execute on machine for tuning❖ Adjustment, modification of pattern, machine setting based on outcome of trial. & ensure the proper judgment of fabric during the sample development stage for smooth bulk process.❖ Follow various customer visit promote the company in order to create new opportunities.❖ Consult with client/merchandiser concerning on the possible risk during the development of fabric inorder to keep smooth bulk production flow in terms of quality & complexity.❖ Follow the external lab (SGS, Intertek, TUV) for all kind of physical & chemical testing result as perclient requirement & resolved the issue if any failure❖ Doing pre-production & discuss the daily released order doing risk assessment during processing thefabric at knitting Dyeing Finishing & Garmenting & make follow up to issue is being solved.❖ Monitoring the daily production & follow the fabric quality & consult with knitting, Dyeing, Finishingtechnical team to develop the fabric as well improve the fabric quality.❖ Daily follow up of bulk order released for Bangladesh & consult with fabric mill & garmenting team.❖ Taking the decision of knitted fabric in terms of set AQL as per company standard & keep liaise withother department & follow accordingly until issue being solve❖ Issuing the knitting matrix &knit card for sample, order based on the finished fabric requirement.❖ Internal audit of any failure in fabric quality & advise corrective & preventive measure accordingly.❖ Utilize the resource of company efficiently & effectively to achieve the company goal.❖ Doing several improvement project in order to optimize materials, resources, cost saving project.
