As Project Director, I oversee an ever-changing group of clients and provide them with support during their website design and development projects. Throughout my day-to-day, I communicate with designers, developers, copywriters, and IT support. These various connections ensure that each project stays on track and that every website is not only built correctly and launched smoothly but also equipped with the necessary tools to perform quickly and move on to Honeywick's in-house marketing department. My time management and communication skills are put to use every day and I enjoy working with clients, helping them bring their business dreams to life.

In my role as Project Manager, I work with upwards of 50 clients closely monitoring new website design and development projects as well as existing website redesigns. Throughout my day-to-day, I maintain close communication with an experienced team of designers and developers in order to ensure that website projects launch seamlessly.

I helped simultaneously guide 20-45+ local, national, and international small business owners through design and development of lead generating and e-commerce websites. Additionally, I developed and supervised the training of two new hires on the processes and procedures of the department. I and my two project management partners produced the top performing Project Management team within the company for six consecutive months in 2015.

I guided potential customers interested in learning more about Madwire Media's® Marketing360® platform and coached small business owners and e-commerce business owners on selecting the most beneficial marketing packages for their business goals that would ensure an ROI for their businesses. I provided insight into the benefits of establishing a strong online presence and an aggressive online marketing approach for small business owners based on their own business growth goals. I demonstrated excellent customer service and communication skills over the phone as well as through e-mail and Skype®

I controlled multiple client's advertising campaigns through Google Adwords® and Googel Analytics®. By doing keyword and market research, I drove traffic to different business' websites and then through data analysis was able to optimize various marketing campaigns and bring success to both small and large businesses around the country.

As an Office Assistant, I answered phones, directed people throughout the English Department, distributed documents among a staff of 50+, and organized a variety of events including book sales to earn money for the department.
