Heraclitus once said, "No one ever steps in the same river twice. For it’s not the same river and they not the same person." From leading Diversity and Inclusion action planning for a $20 Billion dollar line of business, launching and leading global, cross-functional teams for a Fortune 100 company, to leading the bleeding edge of HR Solution and Tech Implementation, my career has required quick adaptation to the constant change of the world we live in. I thrive in and desire to be a catalyst for making work more human, by building organizations that seeks and values truth, creates beautiful work, contributes to social goodness, and unifies behind a common purpose.To accomplish this, I have honed my experiences to build a personal “T-Shaped” competency model. For breadth, my core competencies include foundational HR disciplines spanning org design, change management, workforce planning, HR analytics, talent management, diversity and inclusion, learning and career development. These come from my breadth of experience leading and managing HR teams, building strong cross functional partnerships, partnering with senior Fortune 500 leaders, and personally working in each “pillar” of the modern HR operating model (HRBP, COE, HR Ops). My specialization is in Employee Experience and HR Tech. This includes leading cross functional HR and IT teams developing and launching generative AI, acting as a core team member in the development of next-gen digital employee experience, and building business cases for for lifecycle events ServiceNow.
