Focused on the prototyping and development of custom manufacturing equipment and product specification testing while working alongside a multi-disciplinarian team. I primarily worked on planning, troubleshooting and implementation of the new assembly line for the 2013 GMC Sierra front bumper. I streamlined the assembly sequence and proposed a solution for a major fit issue, discovered during initial builds, which was later implemented.Other tasks included:Work Cell/Process Analysis and Improvements, GD&T, Plant Layout optimization, Ergonomics of Work Cells, Time Studies, PFMEA, Existing and New Equipment Testing/Validation/Improvements, Production Trial Run Supervision and Process Audits.
