• Conducting qualification audits and implementing supplier approval process that will lead to consistent and reliable vendor base.• Assessment of the performance of the vendors based on various criterion such as supplier PPM, Vendor ratings, quality improvement rate etc.• Reviewing and improving all quality related documents at the vendor s end.• Planning & carrying out process audits at vendor’s end and to monitor trends.• Providing technical guidance to the vendor team, guiding them on resolving performance bottlenecks.• QCD Improvement.• Goal Setting and Action plan.• Identify the supplier risk and monitor risk action plan.• Improvements of suppliers’ performance.• To monitor supplier performance, Negotiations and monitor supplier improvement plan. • Analysis on key performance indicators and sets up related improvement Action plan.

I am responsible for Incoming and Supplier Quality Function Control of Incoming Electronics prats.

• Maintaining quality standards for incoming materials, ensuring stringent adherence to quality standards, norms & practices, identifying gaps & taking corrective action.• Responsible for in-house material testing/ inspection of components. • Responsible for Quality Documents control in shop floor.• Planning of Inspection and test facility requirements for new and existing programs.• Implemented RPA requirements for the TCC Products.• Devising and implementing process, quality plans & undertaking SPC study for critical parameters. • Implementing customer specific quality system like ASES, 5star, Ford Q1, and Q1 P1 Reviewing and updating systems / procedures for continuous improvement.• Establishing procedures and work instructions for Inspection / Testing Lab.• Enhancing measurement systems and inspection tools & instruments of best accuracy.
