Responsible for engineering of all customer facing hardware and software products. Led concept to production development of high-volume Transaction Link Cloud EMV product with 10x simplification. Brought SRE and UX discipline and structure. Our products include EMV contact/contactless, QR payments, payment security, 24x7 processing, Data warehousing, UX, B2B merchant facing web, EMV terminal configuration management of Verifone, Ingenico and Equinox payment accepting devices, ioT hardware with payment app. Technology stack used Python, Oracle, No-SQL, Solaris/Linux, Ruby-on-rails, C/C++, embedded Linux, PKI, embedded Pinpad, and Open Source components.Scaled the development team consisting of analysts, developers and test engineers to more than triple in size. Instituted Hackathon and innovative engineering culture. Organized team and project management for improved speed of delivery, customer satisfaction, new product innovations and team motivations.

Joined LearnZillion (an EdTech start-up) as the sole technologist and developed our education platforms from prototype through successful seed and series A funding stages. Aligned to CommonCore curriculum, the LZ platforms provide solutions for K-12 teachers, students, and parents over web and mobile.Hands on developer, SaaS architect and devOps; Wrote a substantial chunk of backend RoR code. Transformed classic RoR web-app to service oriented REST and HATEOAS for mobile and multi-tenancy. Also managed development of iOS and Android apps using an outsourced partner. Built dev team from zero to eight with front-end, back-end, and UX developers.
