As application owner for Lotus Domino, I had to manage the requirements and technical problems reported by the customers and issuing them with our service provider and their technical specialists to find a fitting solution. I had to improve the acceptance and usability of Lotus Domino for the employees of our company. Our responsibility in the Lotus Domino Team was to providing service for the customers as 3rd Level-Support for Lotus Domino and development of applications for the bank. The environment we managed was across the globe from Japan over India, Europe to New York with over 50 Lotus Domino Servers and a complex Blackberry environment. Lotus Domino Administrator for the company and developer for our customers, which are about 4 different banks. I this period multiple migration project were executed including move from MS Exchange to Lotus Domino. Beside of the technical development I was some kind of 3rd Level advisor for the different bank administrators and helped and support them in their daily business. Several trainings for users was provided in the banks, which were migrated.
