Fun fact: The photo in my header image is one I took! It was a sunrise shoot behind a now-defunct paper mill and I love how the dew drops balance on the tip of each blade of grass. Consider this a metaphor for how I carefully balance the needs of my clients with the competing projects and priorities I handle each week. I can’t juggle clubs or knives, but juggling a busy schedule of meetings and tasks is a specialty of mine in the office!Today, I am both a CSM and an enablement professional, ensuring my team has the resources and skills they need to perform at a high level. After about 20 years as a Girl Scout, including earning my Gold Award (akin to the Boy Scout’s Eagle Scout Award), I can’t help but take on leadership roles wherever I go. I sleep well at night when I feel like I’ve helped someone that day. I enjoy creating templates, decks, and other resources to make coworkers' days easier and look forward to client calls to discuss their latest goals and questions.In fact, my art degree really pays off when it comes to creating that content. I consider myself a Jill of all trades and love getting into the details of what is important within each industry, the goals of each company, and the people that make the magic happen in those spaces. I am a constant learner - just take a peep at my bookshelf in the background of video calls! It is a highlight of my day when I get to talk about my recent reads, hear about yours, and add book recommendations to my ever-growing Goodreads TBR list. In between meetings and other work tasks you’ll also notice a regular cadence of professional development webinars on my calendar.I believe in bringing your whole self to work and strive to make every day a good experience for all involved.
