Most would describe me as a checkbox kind of person. I am motivated by checking the next thing off my list. This helps me work hard and stay organized. Currently, I recruit, train, and retain volunteers for a non-profit. I manage everything from making sure the schedule is filled to getting to personally know the volunteers and figure out their skills and passions to see how their time with our organization can be mutually beneficial. I have experience in a variety of occupations, making me a well-rounded employee. Able to work and be of value in many different companies.
