I have been working in the nonprofit world since 2000. I enjoy people of all ages and for that reason, I excel in all-ages customer service. I specialize in de-escalating complex situations. One of my favorite parts of my job is the search. I like helping people find what they are looking for. I have an advanced level computer skill set, including but not limited to MS Windows, database management, electronic communication and Internet browsing. I troubleshoot basic computer problems including printer malfunctions, Internet and email use problems. Another part of my job I very much enjoy is group facilitation. I have planned and implemented computer training sessions for adults; group sessions and one-on-one. I have also assisted with story times for infants, toddlers, school age, and teens.
