If I want to be kind to people, if I want to not harm others and if I realize I am a flawed human being, I would like to be curious about where I might be falling from my ideals and how I might get better.5. OPENNESS - My next highest value is to be open. To be open to new ideas, to be open to trying new ways of being, to be open to hear the truth especially when it is hard to hear, so that I can continuously improve in pursuit of my true north.I can sometimes be a slow learner, so it has taken me some time to get clarity about my values.
