-Designed, developed, and launched e-commerce/wholesale swimwear business

- Lead the design vision and managed all Apparel and product design/development for the Crime Junkie podcast- Created and implemented new initiatives that would grow the business and bring in new listeners/fans- Worked directly with the CEO to strategize a long-term vision to build out additional product categories that would elevate the brand

-Responsible for end-to-end design and development process of all private label and branded Swimwear for Target Coverups-Created and presented final presentation deck to the Target buying team (4 per year)

-Created a focused line plan for launch of the new active collection with a detailed price point strategy tailored to each product-Lead focus group sessions with community fitness instructors to gain better insight into customers’ needs and wants-Managed and sourced all new fabrics and trims from my personal network of overseas suppliers

- Collaborated with VP of Merchandising on seasonal strategies and overall concept direction for mens and women's performance medical scrubs apparel- Conducted in-depth research within the mens and women's apparel markets - Big Ideas, Seasonal Concepts, Trend Direction, Color and Print Direction, and Silhouette Direction.- Created and presented a full Concept deck to the company. This deck was used for seasonal direction for Creative, Design, and Marketing team.

- Worked directly with VP of Product on strategy, branding, concept, design, and development to launch brand new apparel line - Managed and approved fit, fabrics, washes, trims, color, and prints through production- Maintained a strong cross-functional relationship with Merchandising, Marketing, Production, and Technical departments to ensure all teams are alined and transparent- Created designs that supports line plan and assortment strategies with price points that are consistent with current market trends and company goals

- Designed and presented seasonal collections with all fabric, trim, and developments to VP of Product. Ensuring all assortment strategies are supported and price points match company goals- Personally met with and presented design/concept ideas to Kate Hudson bimonthly- Responsible for and managed photo shoot direction while chasing factory samples to ensure timely delivery. Managed and attended all E-commerce, Look Book, Product, and Lifestyle photo shoots while providing creative direction.

- Responsible for maintaining and overseeing overall fit and function of women's apparel- Prepared tech packs with specifications, garment construction/details, color, print, pattern, fabric quality, technical flats, hangtags, and logo information- Conducted and lead weekly fittings for all development samples- Responsible for all follow-up on development samples to ensure timely delivery

- Designed and developed women’s active and swimwear for the Roxy Swim & Outdoor fitness line- Responsible for all aspects of the design process including fabric selection, lab-dip/strike off approvals, garment illustration, tech packs, and color merchandising as well as pre-production through final fit

-Illustrating and updating CADs for seasonal line sheets-Maintaining fabric library and organizing samples-Retouching photos for website-Assisting on seasonal photo shoots and weekly fittings

-Designing garment body and creating CADs for buy meetings (All work created using Illustrator and Photoshop)-Collaborating with the graphics team, patternmakers, and merchants to provide techniques/ placements for embroidery/embellishments, appliqué, screens, and construction details-Preparing garment for production; artwork placement and color ways
