KEY RESPONSIBILITIES...Develop and/or contribute to the continuous integration and deployment solutions through the design, documents, tests, and maintenance of web applications and utilities. Develop websites and contribute to university resources leveraging the web solutions technology stack including semantic HTML, CSS, JavaScript, PHP, TailwindCSS, AlpineJS, React, webpack, WordPress, Laravel, and more.Performs complex diagnosis of problems, providing solutions within area of responsibility, and/or through consulting with ITS team members; coordinates implementation of fixes and enhancements for system or application issues.Participates in Web Solution strategy and brainstorming to enhance service delivery. This can include but not limited to, writing developer and end user documentation to ensure the long-term viability and support of our products, participate in code reviews to ensure integrity and consistency, and plan work in response to planned changes to infrastructure and vendor applications.Provide positive client facing experiences to share technical updates and initiatives that require stakeholder participation. Perform web related requests such as installing SSL certificates, setting up cron jobs, or granting user access to specific machines.
