We are pleased to announce that we are introducing a range of AI tools for pharma, agencies and the public. These tools are built around the Retrieval Augmented Generation (RAG), which enables language models to be grounded in information specific to the application. The first application is AIMI, an assistant for specialists in medical information and pharmacovigilance.We have also launched a major innovation in adverse drug reaction management for clinicians and life science researchers called ADRx, an online drug safety system. ADRx provides instant access to curated information from the FDA's Adverse Event Reporting System (FAERS).

During this period I was part of a great team that put the electronic Medicines Compendium on the web. Additionally, we were able to develop patient information leaflets for blind people with the, then, Royal National Institute of Blind People; Medicine Guides on behalf of the UK pharmaceutical industry and the InDemand interface to the dictionary of medicines and devices (dm+d).In 2007 we co-authored with the CPRD at the MHRA, the Medicines Surveillance paper in the Report of Research Simulations on behalf of the UK Clinical Research Collaboration.
