Organized interviews; negotiated offers with client and candidates, and worked to facilitate new employee orientation and hiring process. Conducted outsourcing placement of corporate clients that included career transition and counseling.

Managed operations and directed training for multiple Dallas area locations. Developed budgets and financial plans including monthly Profit and Loss statements, quarterly and yearly targets, as well as five year strategic planning. Designed and implemented training for management and employees, including corporate training manuals for hourly employees and new management trainees. Mentored area units in human resources and information technology capacity, as well as implementation and execution of financial planning strategies for management and recruits.
