Facilitate stakeholder meetings, daily scrums, retrospectives, sprint planning. Closely collaborate with the product owner to manage the backlog and deliver features continuously.  Responsible for coaching, mentoring, and guiding consultants to find the best solutions for their project difficulties.  Throughout the scrum teams, effectively convey agile principles, scrum practices, and the overall operating model.  Facilitate development and learning by providing one-on-one and group coaching. Track and communicate team velocity and sprint/release progress. Assist with prioritization and resolution of defects/bugs. Aggressively remove impediments that block team progress. Set-up Project in JIRA and update JIRA tool for each quarter deliverables. Maintaining, Tracking & updating JIRA board for team during project timelines. Guide development teams to higher scrum maturity. Track key performance metrics such as velocity, sprint burndown, and cycle time, using data-driven insights to optimize team performance and delivery outcomes.
