If any mistake giving letter for revised drawing and take approved from Client,Consultancy,Architectural &Structural Planning days wise on every month doing as per planning. If any delay ensure to contractors and junior staff. Giving material requirement before one month as per monthly planning, and follow top management for approved. Prepare estimation as per drawing before prepare subcontractors bills. so that bills we can check, Whether qty is within our estimation qty or not Checking and reconciliation every month to avoid materials wastage for budget
