-Support front office operation, including answering and handling constituent telephone, mail, and email traffic-Greet visitors and guests of the Congresswoman from North Carolina-Deliver co-sponsor memos, gather, and research data in support of pending legislation-Collect and record constituent opinions or concerns on multiple issues/bill
