Smrithi Krishna is a Disciple of Master Sri since 2005, who is a direct disciple of Sri 'Anna' Subramanian (Grand Disciple of Sri Ramakrishna Paramahamsa) & Sri Swami Poornananada Natha (Grand Disciple of Bhagawan Nityananada of Ganeshpuri).Being a product of Chinmaya Mission School at Chennai, Yoga. is an integral part of life since 1990's. Being brought up in a traditional household where Pilgrimages and visits to Masters / Siddhas were routine. She is the backbone of Shrimath as Krishna handled the Sessions, she took care of the residential facility and the backend operations.To formalise her Yoga knowledge she completed her Post graduate Certification in Advanced Yoga and Masters in Yoga from Annamalai University in 2021.​Apart from leading sessions on Yogasana, Pranayama, Kriya & Mudra, she oversees & coordinates Shrimath's activities at the local rural school, throughout the year. Her flagship program is Yoga for Girls that happens twice a year.Smrithi is a budding author with soon-to be published books on Anatomy & Physiology for Commoners, and Cookery at various stages of editing.
