In this dynamic role, I'm diving deep into the Art industry research, focusing on evolving visitor perspectives, particularly the fresh aesthetics and cultural nuances of Gen Z and Gen Alpha. Leading strategic attitudinal studies capturing insights and translate them into actionable strategies, shaping the future of exhibits, events, and workshops at KNMA.Working on generating insights for enhancing visitor engagement through our social media channels, driven by consumer research. Another exciting part of my work includes crafting the visitor experience strategy and overseeing the development of the museum app for KNMA’s highly anticipated new space on NH-8, Delhi.I'm thrilled to contribute to KNMA's mission of making art more accessible and engaging for all!
