I champion Conversational AI at Zendesk with a focus on chatbots and automation. I lead design projects across multiple streams such as no-code bot building tools, bot intelligence and bot testing. Since I joined Zendesk, I have helped launch multiple features that have closed major product gaps for Enterprise and helped drive adoption.

I worked alongside cross-functional creative teams in agile ways to research and design a fullydigital SaaS product called WISE Online. I had a special focus on implementing accessibleexperience design for users from varied disability groups.

As part of Monash University's Design Health Collab, I researched and designed at the intersection of multimedia and well-being with a focus on human interactions with hospital spaces. I worked as researcher and teaching assistant for a team that built a digital design and strategy solution to improve the waiting experience of patients at the emergency department.

I lead country-wide design and marketing for Guhring Australia. Managed and created web, digital and print marketing collaterals to improve sales. I planned and executed a range of online campaigns and improved monthly email marketing and social media presence. I also designed product catalogues and established print design templates.

Redesigned SaaS web-based and mobile applications with a focus on usability, accessibility and UI design based on user research and business objectives.

Managed art direction, graphic design and copywriting for over 12 leading brands across different industries like retail and hospitality. I researched, conceptualised and designed consistent campaigns, magazine adverts, social media content and packaging design according to every client’s industry and needs.

BRDS is an art, design and portfolio consultancy that provides training for entrance exams of top Design, Arts and Architecture colleges in India & Abroad.I taught creative ability, design and drawing to high school students to prepare them for advanced education in the creative industries. I curated activities that will complement the curriculum and organised workshops for collaborative learning.

Salita Nanda is a designer label that creates bespoke western and Indo-western for women. The label showcases at fashion shows and events in India and around the globe in cities like London and Dubai.I designed for the label's Spring/Summer Ready to Wear Collection and supervised its production. I also created marketing collaterals like media kits, posters and packaging labels for the launch of the collection at Lakmé Fashion Week. I also networked with potential national and international clients of the business.
