I have over 17 years of experience of teaching Life Science across the middle and high school. Presently I am the part of the Sahyadri School Community as high school biology teacher. I believe teaching is more than academics, it is about encouraging children to develop core values like integrity, responsibility, respect and resilience. I am well-versed in classroom management, educational assessment, designing and developing curriculum, preparation of course material and general administration with good interpersonal skills. I have experience of organizing science exhibition, workshops, educational trips and presentations etc. Worked capably as dorm parent, mentor and class teacher for several years. Efficiently handled interview of children for class 4 to 11 admission.
