• Daily account balance and bank reconciliation; reporting to owners• Monitor A/R and A/P, including the processing and tracking of vendor bills, credits, and payments• Process Payroll Journal• Prepare monthly financial statements (P&L, Balance Sheets, Bank Reconciliations, loans etc.)• Record cash, checks and credit card transactions• Prepare daily bank deposits, reconcile bank accounts• Reconciliation of vendor balances as per statements• Supervision of back-office team by verifying accuracy of work and organizing the task flow• Prepare and adjust journal entries• Monthly Sales tax returns and adjusting entries• Receives and verifies expense reports; reconciles expense and other financial reports with account balances and other office records• Maintaining merchant portals such as Authorize.net, Quickbooks Merchant center and Card Connect• Coordination and completion of annual audits. Work with the external CPA firm on various matters• Preparation of year end 1099’s• Conducting studies and submitting recommendations for improving accounting processes, procedures, and controls

• Review & approval of purchase order & funds commitment requests• Review & approval of adjustment documents• Creating & maintain internal orders in SAP & processing SAP adjustments• Preparing monthly expenditure reviews & reconciliations• Preparing monthly cost allocation adjustments• Creating & maintaining Master files• Maintaining the Advanced Planning Document Tracking Sheets
