Oversee the Night School Transformation program for 24-night schools across the city of Mumbai. This included the Enrolment of Students, Attendance improvement program, Training & Development of Stakeholders, SSC Result improvement program, Alumni Association, SMDC Set up.• Grading & Assessment of Night Schools - • Capacity Building – Managed a team of 7 Project Managers and 24 School Leaders including grassroots staff. Conducted several Meeting to improve the quality of work at field level.• Donor Engagement: Budgeting & managing fund flows, donor reporting, conducting joint committee meetings (quarterly), supporting volunteer engagement within different programs(Field Visit, Earth Mela, Sports Day etc). • Reporting & Documentation: Oversee that all the reports are delivered timely to the internal team, Donors, and other stakeholders giving them the best sense of the program.• Lead the Masoom Annual Sports Day event which impacted around 900 students participated in Kabaddi, Dodge Ball and Running Competition from 72 Night Schools across Mumbai.• Lead the Earth Mela Event visit through the Volunteer. Approximately 300 student participated in this event from 15 Night schools across Mumbai. Create awareness regarding the save the Nature, Disaster Management etc. • Leading the Online Education Project during Codiv-19 situation. Around 336 students of 10th std. learning through the Online Classes from 84 Night Schools which is from Mumbai, Pune, Nagar and Nagpur area. Still running 12 batches in that 3 Hindi, 1 English, 1 Urdu and 7 Marathi medium. will planned to start 6 more batch and reach out to 500 students.
