Assistant Project Manager
CurrentJob responsibilities:● Plan, organize, and control resources, procedures and protocols to achieve specific goals to Management.● Maintain close contacts with relevant partners and stakeholders, including Government and private sector, civil society in the areas of work.● Work in partnership with respective operations and support areas (reliability, engineering, environmental, legal, procurement etc.) to ensure efficient and safe execution of scope, schedule, budget and quality.● Supervise and coordination with field Employee’s as well as technical support as required during project execution.● Integrate work execution with Project Engineer(s), Scheduler, and Project Controls Coordinator(s) in line with optimized project and shutdown processes.● Ensure projects are coordinated and managed in compliance with client and corporate requirements.● Experienced in prepare project updates for line manager and the client, including presentations, statusreports, risk and action registers, as necessary.
