As Agency Sales Manager, I extended our online partnerships to include Orbitz, Travelocity, Expedia and SideStep, which netted combined annual revenue of over $200 million. Additionally, I negotiated agreements between Carlson Wagonlit point redemption programs that reached its 3‐month revenue goal of $500,000 in two weeks. I worked with the Director of Sales to implement Frontier’s first Business Travel Program that included an online booking engine and generated $5 million in revenue within its first 8 months.My responsibilities included contract negotiations, online marketing campaigns, and resolving executive level operational issues; create, present and implement agency strategy’s which incorporate airline segmentation, negotiations and management: significantly increase merchant content, profit margin, and market share through agency negotiations and relationship development.
