My research focuses on fungal pathogen-host interaction and developing novel therapeutic strategies for infectious diseases, using molecular biology, biotechnology, and microbiological techniques.I have a strong background in microbiology and immunology, with a Master of Science degree in Microbiology and a minor in Molecular Biology and Biotechnology from the University of the Philippines. I have published multiple peer-reviewed papers in reputable journals and participated in international training programs and collaborations.
