The role involves working with central and local government agencies, working on infrastructure funding and financing approaches under the governments’ infrastructure and urban development policy programme, as it relates to use of the UDA and SDP process.It requires subject matter expertise in infrastructure strategy and engineering knowledge. Extensive experience in planning, designing and developing land development and complex infrastructure projects as well as requiring solid communication skills based on sound reasoning, to ensure complex issues are communicated in a simple and logical manner to colleagues, opinion leaders and other stakeholders.
