- Manage Retouchers and process for all lifestyle photography across all 3 brands (Gymboree, Janie & Jack, Crazy 8) for print, web and social.- Oversee all image reviews to ensure mark ups, color accuracy and current image standards are met and approved before release.- Maintain constant flexibility to allow resource support for “hot” requests.- Own all point of contact with external image vendors and freelancers including budget, negotiations, delivery specs, feedback and invoicing.- Created digital archive of image assets from image creation to final output and continue to manage current growth up to 3x from initial setup.- Manage all lifestyle image rights and publishing internally for company wide access after artwork release.- Serve as SME for Retouching department in the developmental stage of onboarding PM and DAT software.- Initiated DAT implementation and serve as POC throughout construction of custom development to support image volume growth and increase efficiencies throughout creative pipeline across all brands.

As the Digital Imaging Services Supervisor for the Post-Production team at Sandbox Studios I was part of a highly knowledgable and efficient leadership team responsible for managing a very deadline driven department fueled by 14 talented and motivated full-time and freelance employees.Individual job responsibilities included: - High volume account ownership including The North Face, Birkenstock, Jansport, Ross and Kendo Brands with client assets as high as 10k per season. - Co-owned high profile client accounts for Google and Nike. - Maintaining transparency and open communication among photo producers and team to ensure all client requests and expectations are met from pre-production through post-production. - Support management in daily job assignments to team, quality control, department hires and training, creating custom workflow procedures per client specs and managing output.
