1.Be responsible for all SMT equipment maintenance&troubleshooting，to ensure equipment run smoothly and reduce downtime2.Compile SMT spare parts list and review according to equipment management procedure3.Implement maintenance KPI achievement 4,Be responsible for new equipmentinstallation,comissioning and acceptance track5.Compile and review maintenance document,such as daily checklist ,WI,PM list,etc.6.Analyze the root cause of equipment downtime and figure out corrective action to reduce downtime7.Provide technical training and support to maintenance technicans to improve their capability of trouble shooting
