My responsibilities included managing resources and staff, developing and attaining sales goals, delivering exceptional customer service, and growing the location's revenues.# After-Sales Service. # Monitor inventory calculation on a daily / weekly / monthly basis by CRM/ERP software and M/S Excel.# Ensure all stock is reconciled on a daily basis including physical stock count.# Ensure all cash sold is reconciled on a daily basis from the sales proceeds and# Management of petty cash with the registers updated daily.# Cash sold is credited to the Company's bank account on a weekly basis.# Manage Service Center Petty Cash Disbursement and Reporting.# Maintain accurate Service Center assets record and Report to HQ.# Ensure the Service Center is in a clean and tidy condition.# Identify customer needs make an immediate solution and maintain good relationship with customer and others mandatory.
