I was also responsible for delegating work to two technical writers in the USA and a development team in India (for the API) and managing them through the documentation process.In addition, I was responsible for ensuring that customer-facing documentation produced by other members of the team was of an appropriate standard, and for providing guidance the team when they were required to produce customer-specific documents.I identified the main documentation requirements for internal and customer-facing documentation and planned the work to complete these requirements during the course of 2016/2017.I also planned the transfer of all Connect documentation to Madcap Flare.
