Current• Assessed and refined the New Hire On-boarding program (NHO) through needs analysis, quantitative and qualitative methods.• Created a curriculum design plan, including learning objectives, knowledge check questions.• Partnered with SMEs in the Quality Team to facilitate a virtual training session to rollout the new ePDR system.• Developed various deliverables such as training items created on Articulate 360 for six manufacturing lines and collaborated with the team for eight additional lines.• Utilized ADDIE to produce product videos using Adobe Premiere Pro for the Sunnyvale Manufacturing Operations team to showcase an overview of each manufacturing line. • Implemented a Problem-Solving Process (PSP) project to reduce the number of overdue training assignments assigned on Compliance Wire in the Sunnyvale Manufacturing Operations team.•Facilitated an instructor-led training program called TTT (Train the Trainer) to teach lead associates how to be an effective trainer and implemented feedback. • Formulated learning objectives for various training items to ensure learners understand goals and expectations of their job.• Designed an eLearning training item on Articulate Rise curriculum related to crane safety and piloted an instructor-led program in Q2’2024.• Developed a curriculum and an instructor-led program related to 5-Whys to educate manufacturing associates and supervisors on identifying the root cause of a problem.
