Senior member of Intel’s consulting organization, Intel Solution Services, an organization formed to help organizations improve time-to-market, reduce risk and maximize the benefits of emerging Intel technologies. Working with Fortune 500 organizations, provide technology strategy, enterprise architecture, business analysis and engineering consulting services.•Led a new Enterprise Client consulting practice for the eastern region. Grew this new business from zero to over $500,000 in quarterly revenue in less than a year. In full charge of business development, service delivery, and management of a team of consultants.•Led new radio frequency identification (RFID) consulting practice. Helped major east coast retailers identify business cases for using RFID. •For Marriott’s “Hotel of the Future” initiative, led a team and designed software for the Microsoft Pocket PC platform which enabled hotel guests to wirelessly check in, check out, and view their bill.

In full charge of launching a new product architecture and strategy to form the foundation for all future Genesys products. Designed architecture, hired development team, and built a complete object-oriented language, development and runtime environment for creating enterprise-class business applications. Application suite included Competency, Performance and Learning Management Systems that out-performed established vendors in several areas and provided unique competitive differentiation. Penetrated highly competitive market and product is installed enterprise-wide in several world-class corporations such as Lands’ End, and ServiceMaster. Position evolved into a full P&L responsibility role.Supported the product launch by participating in several PR activities such as analyst briefings, press interviews, and speaking engagements. Comfortable and highly effective with prospects, and analysts. Directly involved in early product sales resulting in several customer acquisitions.

Designed and built a Microsoft COM component to enable legacy Human Resource and Payroll applications to be available in a browser environment years ahead of competition resulting in over $10 million in revenue. Designed and built a complete CICS implementation enabling hundreds of thousands of lines of legacy code to operate on the Microsoft NT platform bringing the company’s products to the client-server computing era.

Worked on several artificial intelligence consulting contracts with the U.S. Navy and Reuters.
