Associate Director - Cricket Sales
Leadership position responsible for the development and attainment of sales objectives. Leads and develops field sales teams to excel in sales goals to achieve both revenue and unit objectives. Builds, creates and fosters relationships between sales teams and agents partners. Responsible for the strategic placement of indirect distribution and their sales teams and assures optimization of available resources to meet and/or exceed sales objectives. Supervision of staff includes responsibility for hiring, training, developing, disciplining and contributing to decision making regarding discharge of subordinate employees. Works in partnership with cross functional organizations to develop sales effectiveness and responsible for the development and implementation of policies and procedures which are specific to assigned area.
