Oversee the day-to-day operations of our fundraising team while managing a major gift portfolio and overseeing the Aggie Annual Fund team. Assist in other external areas (marketing, ticketing and branding).• Fiscal Year 2019, closed 30 philanthropic major gifts totaling over $1,300,000.•Solicit, close and fulfill premium seating (Loge Box, Executive Suites) totaling $1,350,000•Improved donor retention by 21% and overall cash donors by 25% between fiscal years 2018 and 2019.

Manage portfolio of 150 potential and current donors. Identify, cultivate and establish relationships with all alumni in Utah, Idaho, Southern California and Texas. Solicit gifts of $25,000+ for Athletic Department and 16 Varsity Sports. Assist in building Big Blue Scholarship Fund, Merlin Olsen Fund, Aggie Endowments and Planned Giving for Utah State Athletics.• Member of Aggies Unlimited team to record a 6.4 million increase in FY 2017. This 69 percent increase from the previous year was the highest across all divisions on campus. In addition, USU Athletics secured 16.5 percent of all cash for Utah State University, an increase of 5.5 percent from last year. The $6.4 million received in cash was more than $1.4 million greater than any previous year in Utah State Athletics history.• Monitor, create and implement capital campaign projects for softball, gymnastics, Men’s and Women’s tennis programs valued over $2,500,000. Solicit donors for gifts towards individual teams and projects. • Assist in Donor travel with Football program and be team liaison for Gymnastics, Softball, Tennis, Women's Basketball and Track & Field programs. • Coordinate the creation and implementation of "Blue A Society," with Aggies Unlimited Team. Blue A Society is an elite giving society for philanthropic gifts to Utah State Athletics.• Charged to raise over $20,000 for gymnastics and softball programs through donors, former alumni and parents of student-athletes. Assist Athletic Director in daily operations of athletics department.• Lead director of “Aggies Outreach,” program that communicates with over 5,000 former student-athletes on a monthly basis on various mediums. • Mountain West Conference (MWC) representative for the National Association of Athletics Development Directors (NAADD).

Lead outfielders coach and assistant hitting coach; developed players’ skillsets with 7 Aggies receiving All-Conference honors. Charged to help rebuild the program that has not seen a winning season since 1996. Program won 26 games and had 0.510 winning percentage – USU’s best since 1996. 2016 team broke single-season records in runs scored, doubles, home runs, total bases, RBIs, slugging percentage and on-base percentage.• Recruited, garnered commitments for a Top-30 recruiting class per Student Sports Softball for 2018. Eight of 13 recruits are ranked in top-200 in the nation. Develop and maintain relationships with over 100 travel ball coaches/organizations across the nation.• Create recruiting emails, rhetoric and social media to bolster USU Softball’s image. Market, organize and coordinate three softball camps that produces over $20,000 annually.• Coordinate and organize plans for all aspects of travel (food, travel and lodging) for 21 road trips over past two years. Travel has ranged from Ames, IA to San Diego, CA. Maintain strong vendor relationships to ensure successful execution of softball operations relating to travel and scheduling.

• Manage phone, recruiting and CARA logs for 16 varsity teams; maintain other records that pertain to bylaw 17; research various questions by coaching staffs to ensure full compliance with both NCAA and MWC rules. • Create, distribute monthly compliance newsletters to all full and part-time employees of athletic department; develop relationships with all coaching staffs to maintain trust between compliance and each program; experience with LSDBI and JumpForward.• Monitor and audit social media, travel and phone records; organize and archive student-athlete files and all NCAA, MWC and institution compliance files. • Provide defensive assistance to infielders; provide feedback to head coach on development of players.

Recruited, signed 23 players on current roster; team received votes in top-20 poll for first time in program history in 2013; team ranked top 20 in the nation in total offense. Responsible for all letters of intent, financial aid and housing procedures for baseball program, ensuring scholarships offered fall within budget. Assisted program to first winning season in 15 years. • Cultivated relationships with local and regional donors to expand Golden Eagle athletic program. Created and implemented brand new athletic website to maximize revenue generation. Solicited and developed relationships with state, regional organizations to generate $186,000 for department. • First full recruiting class saw teams batting average jump from .227 to .316 (Wood Bat Conference) and programs first winning season since 1998. • Researched, proposed and assisted in implementation of adding two new varsity sports (Men's & Women's Soccer) to Golden Eagle athletic department. Worked closely with athletic director and university chancellor to stay within budget of building program from scratch.
