As technical director I was responsible for the planning, execution and controlling of all projects and the achievement of planned yearly turnover of the company. My key responsibilities on this position were following:- Manage 8 – 12 project managers located in our branches (Trnava, Prague, Dubai, Munich)- Build a network of suppliers according to YMS Group “satellite” strategy, including negotiation, contracts preparation and deal closing.- Implement and improve current YMS ISO and Project management guidelines and processes in order to raise performance and effectiveness during projects execution phases using latest trends in well know methodologies as RUP, PMI and PRINCE2.- Manage, educate, motivate and valuate 70 subordinates, members of the technical department.- Build and develop relationship and partnership with existing and new customers.- Manage and develop TechChallenge group and R&D DepartmentYMS Group established back in 1990 has total 150 employees and over 200 external partners from satellitenetwork. The Middle East business unit has 10 internal employees and 15 external partners. The yearlyturnover of the company is in average 7 mil EUR.

My main task was to establish a competent team and lead entrusted projects.My responsibilities included complete (project) planning, specification and delegation of tasks and theirfollow up, management of customer support team, quality assurance and presentation of results.The core activity of EverestLabs is software development of security products based on MS Windows platform: Antispyware, Antivirus and Firewall.

My key responsibilities on this position included development of customer – tailored professional technical concepts and their technical implementation, management of team of software development specialists, assurance of software development as well as assurance of quality of developed IT – concepts, participation on software development management directly in the mother company Softplan-Informatik GmbH, and communication with the management of the mother company.
