• Aggressively added features to meet 20% monthly growth expectations, while minimizing technical debt. • Rewrote the Cordova app to native Android, to match competitor features, which helped the company raise a new round at a RM 49 million valuation.

TM, the largest telco in the country, wanted to sell more movies on their existing platform. UDrive was the UI/UX consultant. The API was written by Huawei. My role was balancing these three parties, including: • Creating product specifications for the tech team, based on what TM wanted. • Making sure that TM's wishes were technically possible or suggesting alternatives. • Optimizing videos and API calls, to be able to handle millions of daily active users, by cutting down redundancy in product and code. • Reverse engineering undocumented code and hacks. • High level debugging for undocumented features, new features, and edge cases.

Foodbits was an app centered around low carb diets. We researched and sorted diet recipes, and sold the ingredients via an e-commerce app. • Starting from an initial budget of US$2,500, we later sold the company a year later for about US$20,000. • Went from idea to sales in two months, by working closely with the target market and iterating rapidly. • Lowered CAC to US$0.25, with 3,000 MAU, because of our community approach, which was 20x more effective than others in the same market.
